Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://cash4urstamps.com website operated by Cash For Your Stamps | CFS Inc (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Sales
All stamp sales are final. CFS Inc will not be held liable for stamps that are not received by mailing services used to send CFS Inc stamps. Certified mail is strongly encouraged to provide insurance against lost or damage to your items. Payouts can be processed in as little as 2 days but CFS makes no guaranteed against payment delays. Failure to sign the Reimbursement form and send in the physical stamps will delay your payout. Your private information sent into CFS Inc is not given or sold to any third party.
Content
Our Service allows you to link, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, imagesor other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the applicable digital copyright laws that protect this website and it’s content.
